day 12
1) Another item the Shulchan Aruch writes that it is proper to say every day is the parsha of the Mon. (It can be found in most si
ddurim after davening) The goal is to remind us that all of our parnassah comes with hashgacha pratis and just as with the mon, every person received an exact amount and doing extra effort would not result in a greater amount, so too with parnassah. The Mishna Berura writes (quoting a Yerushalmi) that one who recites the parsha of the mon, is guaranteed that his parnassah won’t be minimized.
2) The Mishna Berura explains that saying the parsha of the mon does not merely meaning saying the words. It refers to saying it and focusing on what is being said and as a result recognizing the wonders that HKB”H does for us in this area.
Todays Halachos are being sponsored in memory of Yitzchak ben Yisroel Yosef
